Job Gate is a private Chrome extension and web app that helps allowlisted users qualify job postings (APPLY / REVIEW / SKIP) before applying elsewhere (for example in Simplify).
What we collect
- Google account email for allowlisted authentication
- Auth session tokens (via Supabase Auth)
- Job posting content you choose to analyze (URL, title, company, description text extracted from the active tab)
- Optional feedback (thumbs up/down and short reasons)
- Optional Greenhouse apply-binding metadata when you visit Greenhouse apply or confirmation pages after an APPLY decision
How we use data
- Authenticate allowlisted users
- Analyze job postings and return qualification decisions
- Store evaluation history and feedback for the product’s decision workflow
- Improve the candidate profile used for scoring when you accept profile proposals
We do not sell personal data. We do not use job or account data for advertising.

Data retention
Evaluations and feedback are retained while the product is in use. You may request deletion by contacting the operator below.
